Honest & professional

This was the first time I had sold a watch before and Mainspring watches couldn't have made it more accommodating. I was nervous about posting my watch for inspection, so I drove to do it in person. On meeting the faces behind the name, I couldn't have felt more comfortable leaving the watch with them to inspect. The watch I was selling needed a service which affected the price they could offer me for it, but they took the trouble to call me yesterday (a week on from our business concluding) to say that the service cost less than they expected and paid me a further £80!! Genuinely good people providing an honest and professional service. Wouldn't think twice about working with them again. Thank you Mainspring Watches!
