Highly respected and professional business
This is an outstanding business in a second hand watch market that trades on trust and authenticity, Mainspring are my go to. I have bought, and sold, several watches through Tristan and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Not just in the usual course of business in sourcing great watches, repairing and refurbishing them but, in a recent unfortunate experience involving another watch business, Tristan stepped in without fee, to provide an independent, objective assessment of the watch (not bought through him) that has been critical in resolving my dispute with the third party.
