A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE OVERALL - SHORT LEAD TIME AND PROMPT SEVICE. THE ENGINEER TRACY CALLED ME EN ROUTE AND ARRIVED ON TIME. SHE COMPLETED THE METER SWOP CAREFULLY AND NEATLY, TESTING ALL MY SERVICES BEFORE LEAVING ME WITH TWO SMART METERS AND A SMART IN-HOME DISPLAY WITH INSTRUCTIONS. THANK YOU!
1st class Professional service over and above the Call of Duty In order to fit our smart metre The gentleman concerned had to Dodge traffic As Our metre Is scituated On a very busy side road with no pavement I was most impressed with his service
Had our smart meters fitted by Martin. He was excellent. He was a pleasure to have in the house and worked above and beyond. He cleaned up afterwards and was extremely helpful and informative.

I echo another review. My Husband was one of the best engineers on the team who was treated like absolute dirt. This company don't have a HR department who understand law. They deduct wages illegally for anything and it is only a matter of time before the law catches up with them.

Someone committed fraud on my credit card the day Magnum came, on a new card that had never left the house and had no other guests. The registered address was my old address on my driving license (not the address they came to) meaning someone had to have taken details of both and my bag was unaccompanied in another room nearby for 5 minutes. I cannot prove it is the same man as police could not pursue the investigation further. I reported to Magnum who didn’t get back to me. Police started an investigation and they told me that they spoke to Magnum however the man was reportedly not an employee but contracted out. The phone number they had for him was reportedly not connecting, and the people at the postal address for the online orders say they didn’t receive anything. The investigation had to close due to dead ends. Most disappointing that Magnum sent a contractor, were unresponsive to me despite my serious experience, and had little details for this person meaning little police could do. I previously wrote a review saying that the engineer did the fraud however magnum complained that it is defamation unless there is police evidence it was him. Hence why I am posting again with more factual wording and let the reader be the judge. Be careful and supervise the person at all times.

This is an absolutely disgusting company. My partner resigned from them because they were forcing him to become sub-sub-contracted. He was meant to get paid today CHRISTMAS EVE and they didn't pay. They sent him a pay slip but no pay and couldn't even give him a date as to when he will get paid. Just because he resigned they are holding his wages!? My partner has worked incredibly hard over this whole pandemic and this is how you repay him???? AVOID WORKING THERE EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE. They do not value there staff. Absolute malicious company. Thank you for ruining our Christmas

For the 2nd time with no notice they haven't turned up. 1st time i got a call the day before, so i could at least cancel my 1/2 day holiday to be at home. But this morning, i got a call an hour after they were meant to be with me. To say no one was coming and they couldn't give me an idea when they could be with me, but it wouldn't be before xmas. Absolute rubbish

Magnum Utilities don't park very considerately on cramped residential roads. Their van is constantly parked in a position that means I can't ever get to pick my very frail relative up in Erdington, Birmingham. Please have some thought for other people/residents an stop being so ignorant to other people's needs. Please park considerately

Today Nico visited our property to install Smart Meters. He arrived,Covid friendly with mask and gloves and the installation was swiftly installed . Nico was such a charming and pleasant young man with the most professional manner.

The lady who came to fit two Smart meters was extremely lovely! She ensured me of what she was doing and going to do. Her name was Tracy and she did her job very quickly and told me the necessary information afterwards. She gave me a call half an hour before her arrival. Thank you very much!
