Macro Mediterranean Holistic Meal Delivery Reviews

Food was not good. After a week my husband refused to eat the meals anymore. Most of the meals look like mush and not very appetizing. Plus the billing was so screwed up. We were billed for 2 weeks of food before we ever got the first delivery so now we are stuck with a lot of food that no one will eat.

The quality of the food is excellent and the variety is very good. The only thing I would recommend is more breakfast choices. It is evident that the owners take pride in this endeavor.

Very nice people to work with. Food is good but I wish the portions were a little bigger. It's just not affordable for me.

Phenomenal! The variety, freshness and delicious taste of all food prepared was outstanding.

I have lost 12 lb . wish you would give me a cook book so I could make food taste so good without the salt .I would like to know the spices you use. my soup's don't taste like yours. Thanks for such GOOD FOOD

I was already a fan of Macrobiotics. I know it's healthy, and I find your food good so far.

The food is very tasty. You won't have to worry about not liking something. The customer-service is excellent. This company is great. You can tell that they care about you and are really trying to be great, and they're succeeding! I would definitely recommend you getting started on these meals. I decided to start getting them so that my eating could get back on track. It turned out to be a very good thing to do for myself.

The food is delicious and there is a good variety of entrees. The staff is very accommodating and respond immediately to any questions you may have. The food and service overall is great!

The food was tasty and the service was excellent but I like the food that comes ready to cook versus already cook.

Wonderful personal customer service. Food delivered when promised and food is very tasty.

The food is just perfect! By the way my husband and me we a not vegetarian! And never could imagine this food will be tastier then we got used to eating! If it would be possible we would like to give 10 stars instead of 5! Svetlana and Vadim

The food was awesome, the packaging was great, and I will be ordering again. Saves me so much time and I didn't have to think about what I was going to eat for lunch or dinner, it was already ready!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my Macro Mediterranean experience! I have tried multiple meal delivery services and this is by far the best-it has everything I've been looking for-healthy, plant based meals, freshly made and fully prepared, and affordable pricing. Great customer service as well. I highly recommend!

The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. It's easy to reach someone on the phone.

This was a wonderful service, however the cost is too much for my current budget.

Food is very tasty. Arrives well-packaged.

I rarely write bad reviews. I figure, why bother. . But the service from Macro Mediterranean has been so poor that I feel compelled to actually write a negative review. To begin with the company got my food order completely wrong. Now, I will say that they contacted me immediately and were appropriately contrite and offered me various different options, so I have no complaints about that. Although, I will say that their service is very expensive so to receive the wrong food order was aggravating. My complaint is about the food itself. Bland, no seasoning, overstuffed with cabbage and other filler vegetables. Not long after I received my order, I received an email from the company asking for my opinion. I sent them a long, very polite letter concerning my disappointment. I heard nothing back, not even an acknowledgment of my email. Today, I received a request to review them on this site. It is evident in me the Macro Mediterranean pretends to care about customer satisfaction, but doesn't really. I can forgive the wrong order, but a combination of the wrong order, food that tastes of nothing and no acknowledgment of an email of complaint (in response to a request for my opinion,) leads me to write this negative review. Buyer beware! EDIT IN RESPONSE Jeremy, I sent the email to info@ on May 3rd. That is the only email address I have. Just re-sent so it is top of your inbox.

This food is delicious!! The portions are perfect. I will definitely be a repeat customer! I feel the price is fair and worth every penny. Having deliciously prepared healthy foods ready for me to take to work and heat up for dinner is going to get me back on point this year. Highly recommend!!

I have been eating the meals for a little over three weeks and have lost 9 lbs. The food is delicious and the delivery makes eating right easy! When I had a question, customer support was fast and very helpful. I am very pleased with my decision to check out Macro Mediterranean!

I am a Cajun who suddenly feels the urge and call to be healthy. I honestly expected my first week, or 3 or 4, to be miserable - no processed, chemical laden, meat, sugar filled junk that my system is used to having. I also didn't expect to enjoy the taste of the food. I thought it would take a while to get used to the change. Although my system is indeed going through changes, it has been a pleasant surprise to find that it has far exceeded my grim expectations. I think what makes it easier is that I actually like the food. My body loves it. Who knew that you are supposed to feel good after a meal? I do now. It has only been a few weeks. Also, one week the box arrived late due to being damaged in transit and storms. They got on it, were always courteous and handled it. Unfortunately, the courier couldn't move it faster and it had to be thrown away. They said do not take chances and set me up to receive another without hesitation. Mistakes happen - how a business handles it says a great deal about them. I was very impressed with their attitude and prompt action.
