Poor food, bad customer service, stay away!
I rarely write bad reviews. I figure, why bother. . But the service from Macro Mediterranean has been so poor that I feel compelled to actually write a negative review. To begin with the company got my food order completely wrong. Now, I will say that they contacted me immediately and were appropriately contrite and offered me various different options, so I have no complaints about that. Although, I will say that their service is very expensive so to receive the wrong food order was aggravating. My complaint is about the food itself. Bland, no seasoning, overstuffed with cabbage and other filler vegetables. Not long after I received my order, I received an email from the company asking for my opinion. I sent them a long, very polite letter concerning my disappointment. I heard nothing back, not even an acknowledgment of my email. Today, I received a request to review them on this site. It is evident in me the Macro Mediterranean pretends to care about customer satisfaction, but doesn't really. I can forgive the wrong order, but a combination of the wrong order, food that tastes of nothing and no acknowledgment of an email of complaint (in response to a request for my opinion,) leads me to write this negative review.
