Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS
Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.
UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

Terrible experience on app and online support. Billing fails from time to time, causing disruptions to my service. It is also very hard to port-out, and agents take forever. Avoid this company for their failing services and infrastructure.

Someone stole my number, and after we reported the issue, we got a text saying it was resolved when it doesn't work (Request 105657161). The text said to call the helpdesk for issues, but it doesn't work. My phone won't call out, and if you call my number with another phone, some random lady picks up. Customer service email no longer exists, and no agents have been available to pick up or reply on their site. Customer service has been a joke since they moved operations a few years ago. I can't even call for a refund.

Simply, I transferred my eSIM from my current phone, and and it does not work which was kind of the point of the whole thing. I am now without cell service AND LYCA MOBILE DOES NO CARE. In trying to call customer service I have had 45 minute wait TIMES minimum then about 3 minutes into the conversation the call is dropped. So lets try the app. Well, I cannot get into my account because "my credentials are invalid". So I email customer service (about 10 times from the start of this frustration a week ago). Each time I emailed customer service, I recd an auto generated email saying a rep would get in touch with me asap. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A CALL BACK. Unless you are going for a similar experience. Stay far far away from this scam. They take your money, then ignore you. The prices are tempting, but when the service doesn't work and you can't contact the company, TOTAL FAILURE.

Greedy and garbage company. I wish I can give -100. Foolish customer service. They will always try not to give you pin code to switch service. Intentionally change your plan. I will never suggest this bunch of garbage. All customer service based from India. Staff working in call centers leaks your personal information. Frequently you receive spam calls.
