I received my orders yesterday and I’m so happy. The sweatshirts were beautifully made. I don’t care if it took long for them to deliver but they still sent it and they were really really nice. Thanks much and I’ll sure order from them again.

I ordered my rashguard November 30th. I fully expected it to take a while. At least a month is what I was estimating. 21 days for production plus the added shipping and transit time. It is coming from Poland after all. I received my item today, January 22nd. About 7 1/2 weeks. I couldn’t be happier with what I got. Fits well, looks almost exactly like the image. I say almost because as a clothing company myself I understand slight variances. I’d order again. My one critique would definitely be the communication. In the beginning it was awesome, but as time went on and I inquired about my item I was met with silence for extended periods of time. Very frustrating. That’s my reason for the 4 star instead of 5. I will add that the people I did talk to were very polite and helpful.

I have been waiting for over 3 months and have been told multiple times my order would be shipped only for the date to pass and nothing to have happened. I finally opened a claim on PayPal to try to get a refund and ended up closing the claim because they said that my item was ready to ship but they couldn't ship due to the open claim. After closing the claim my items still haven't shipped. I would avoid this company, they are scammers and liars. Edit: items have arrived, no shipping notice or delivery notice was given nor were there updates during production as promised

I don't know what all of the other reviewers are going on about. I've personally ordered 3 different items. A Jacket, a T-shirt, and a swim trunks. Not a single one had a issue. Yes, they took an average of 2 months to receive each of them. But that's because I live in the States and the company manufactures each of the products, by hand, upon ordering. It'd be foolish to expect anything to be completed within THEIR local time. Each of my orders have been worn and washed many times without problems. Though the shirt did seem to shrink a little. But I believe that is user error, as I simply threw it in with my normal wash instead of separated as I should have. I'll be ordering more items as soon as the artists I follow start uploading more designs. That or if the company FINALLY starts offering button up shirts.

Total scam. 5 weeks and never received. Fake tracking number, Fraud charges to be filed.

Nadal nie otrzymałam zamówienia od tej "firmy", składam zawiadomienie na Policję i każdemu zdecydowanie odradzam jakiekolwiek z nimi transakcje! Niedopuszczalny czas realizacji zamówienia! Czekam miesiąc bez żadnej informacji o jego realizacji. Na mojego maila z pytaniem o status zamówienia otrzymałam jedynie skopiowaną wiadomość z poprzedniego, bezczelna forma obsługi klienta. Przy tak dużej konkurencji dziwi mnie takie lekceważące podejście, przestrzegam i nie polecam!

Nie polecam, czas wykonania znacznie dłuższy od podanego w zamówieniu. Zrezygnowałem po prawie 40 dniach oczekiwania, chociaż rezygnacja poszła sprawnie...

Akurat kiedy myśleliśmy że trzeba się pogodzić z byciem oszukanym przyszła przesyłka od LiveHeroes, szybciej niż zapowiadali, ze wszystkim zamknęli się pewnie w 3 tygodniach max. Zamówiona była bluza i mi odpowiada więc dostają wysoka ocenę. Jedyne co firma mogłaby poprawić to potwierdzenia zamówienia i wysyłki.

As designer, seller and buyer on the platform I can cast a broad umbrella. The design tools are good but need improvement; the office back end needs a lot off work; getting paid when you generate sales is always an issue and contacting is problematic at best. As an example: I've been waiting now for 6 weeks to get paid, on the commissions I've generated; and I've sent multiple emails that are just ignored on the issue. When ordering products, it's rare when there isn't an issue as to why the item hasn't been shipped; and when it is shipped; either you don't get a tracking number or it's the wrong one or the package can not be tracked outside of Poland. As for the product quality; I have no issue. My artwork on the hoodies, t-shirts and long sleeves I've order look superb; and the quality of the material in my opinion is great. The just needs to up grade the artist area, get a customer service support center going and get up to speed with shipping documentation. I'm on 7 different Print On Demand platforms and they're are at the bottom when it comes to support. This is undoubtedly hurting their business as buyers will go elsewhere; as there are other services that provide similar product lines at the same cost.

Today I got my order from liveheroes and... What can I say? I'm blown away actually by the amazing quality, much better than I expected. The colors are just as I imagined from looking at the website. The one I "designed" myself came out exactly as I had hoped it would. The size chart didn't lie. I love the clothing. Granted, my order didn't arrive within 21 days, as they claimed in the confirmation email. It took almost 8 weeks. But from reading through online reviews, I expected worse. This is actually the only negative I have. They unnecessarily incited expectations that they realistically couldn't live up to. But I didn't expect a made- to- order shipment arrive within 21 days. I didn't expect constant email communication which then didn't happen. I order online everyday without the expectation of costumer service keeping me up to date on my order. So why send a confirmation email claiming all that? That's just headed for disappointment. I will definitely order again soon!

I placed an order in December and still haven’t gotten a shipping confirmation. I’ve emailed their customer support 3 times and each time a different person tells me I’ll get shipping information within a few days. I’m about to contact my bank and file for a charge back. This is ridiculous.

I ordered a lovely hoodie but I checked out as a guest so I didn't get proper tracking so after I realised the eta time later of it being shipped I asked what what going on. Understandably Brexit had just gone through so they were having trouble getting things over however I was told for 6 weeks that my order was just on the edge to be sent out with an email giving tracking but still no email. I decided that was the last straw and I asked for a refund and I was met with the reply of "Thanks for your message. We're working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! About a few hundreds parcels per day are shipped from our warehouse, so we would be grateful if you could wait a bit more. You will be notified by e-mail when the parcel is shipped." TLDR:: Still haven't received my order 3 months later nor a refund

This is a drop ship scam. I ordered a rashie top on 30th december 2020 and it cost me $45 and nothing. They gave me an order number but no tracking information. It is a total con - do not place an order. Finally new info update -rashie finally came in April 2021, it's a nice shirt with a good print but haven't used it or tried it on for size yet as it is now winter and freezing in NZ. Still wouldn't recommend this site.

Stay away from this company. Ordered a shirt over 2 months ago....getting close to 3 months. I contacted them and they advised they were working on it....not even shipped. This company is terrible...do not purchase anything from them.

Brak profesjonalizmu, zero kontaktu. Czekałam 1.5 miesiąca na bluze. Po czym dostałam wiadomość, że nawet jeszcze nie poszła do szycia. Wielokrotnie pisałam i zero kontaktu. Nie polecam nikomu

Ordered a shirt for my daughter almost 2 months ago. And I've got no notifications of shipment or anything else. Every time I contact them to ask about status I get the same response back. Would not recommend ordering from this company.

as an artist, I wanted my pictures to be shown on clothes or a cushion, so I ordered 9 custommade all over printed items (for family and friends, before I offer to public), which means I can compare different types. I'm really impressed by the quality of the print and how neat the parts are assembled (even attached pockets are perfectly integrated in complex patterns, respect for the sewers). The price for the work is absolutely fair, I think it would also be ok if the price was a bit higher (at least for the "more rich countries", to make it more fair for the producers ...) It would be nice if they could also offer some shirts as 100%cotton versions (t-shirts are only Polyester, Sweater 70co/30pe), but maybe that wouldnt work for good prints (?) It was just some patience needed, we waited for delivery two months (instead of announced 3 weeks), maybe due to corona (?) Also i want to report that it is comfortable as a designer to offer own works on this plattform. And so far they paid the provision for offering the design, but this also takes a while, i'm fine with this as long as they do at least ...

The 23rd of July I've ordered and payed. The 24th of August AFTER sending them an e-mail, they wrote BACK that they need a week more because my item is still during production. Today is 2nd of September and still: no news from them nor my order. Urgh... :/ UPDATE: I received my order 5th of September, of course without any e-mail from them (as they should send, but nope). The hoodie looks like on a picture, however the material is quite cheap. Anyway, it's good that finally I've got this, so I change the rate from 1 star to 3 star.

After 35 days I emailed to inquire on my order, but got no reply. I emailed again 5 days later and they said the order was done but awaiting inspection. Said it would ship in 5 days. 10 days later I inquired again, this time they said it was in production again. At this point I doubt I will ever get it.

The order which should arrive in 20 business days came in like 35 business days. Nobody wanted to tell me about that as well, I had to write to them to get any information about the shipment or additional delays. I was going to ignore the long delivery time but the sweatshirt came with white spots all over the print and it just looks ugly. Wasted money but I'm not going to fight for a few dollars it will take too much time. My first order was fast and the sweatshirt was well made, unfortunately after a year I can say that the company is worse than it used to be. It is a waste of money and time. Another store may be a better option.
