Today I got my order from liveheroes…
Today I got my order from liveheroes and... What can I say? I'm blown away actually by the amazing quality, much better than I expected. The colors are just as I imagined from looking at the website. The one I "designed" myself came out exactly as I had hoped it would. The size chart didn't lie. I love the clothing. Granted, my order didn't arrive within 21 days, as they claimed in the confirmation email. It took almost 8 weeks. But from reading through online reviews, I expected worse. This is actually the only negative I have. They unnecessarily incited expectations that they realistically couldn't live up to. But I didn't expect a made- to- order shipment arrive within 21 days. I didn't expect constant email communication which then didn't happen. I order online everyday without the expectation of costumer service keeping me up to date on my order. So why send a confirmation email claiming all that? That's just headed for disappointment. I will definitely order again soon!
