It's my first exotic skins bag and shar shar was very patient to explain. Then i was wondering which size to get because I had concerns on my long wallet. Later, I thought I had to forgo my long wallet but when the bag arrived, I was surprised it could fit in which was a bonus!!! Now I am so happy as I thought I needed to wait 3 months but I received it in 1 month. I can use it for Xmas and cny!! PS: anyway shar is right. After I reorganised my wallet, actually medium size wallet is better because we really don't keep that much things in wallet now as compared to last time.

Charlie (Shar Shar) livestreams is the best where she is very professional and she does NOT push every single product into our face. Jade is simply stellar. She is so articulate and explains details in a fashion that is both meaningful and memorable. Ms Mole is brilliant as well. She injects humor into everything she says and makes the live so engaging. You feel like you are having a conversation with a friend. Ms Mole has an incredible memory and is so responsive and helpful, especially when the audience has questions. Five shining star reviews for both KOLs.

I’m new to Reebonz and it’s my 1st time buying from them. I bought a bag from Shar during her Live but it arrived with a missing strap. This bag was meant for an event. I’ve informed Shar and Hugo about the incident and told them about the intent of this bag. Shar managed to get the missing strap and tried her best to arrange for the strap to be sent to Singapore, making it in time for the intended event. Really glad to have found special sellers that’s provide good quality goods, unique variety and more importantly awesome customer’s service.

I have been shopping with KKL and MDD for the past year or so, and I must say I really enjoy their products and after-sales services. My items often reach me earlier than expected and are well-packaged in bubble wrap. Whenever I need assistance, their customer service team is prompt and will always reply to me within 1-2 days.
