Replacement of bracelet
Very impressed by how Hugo handled my issue with a defective item. He was very courteous and helpful. I was so stunned to receive a message out of the blue that my new bracelet has arrived and will reach me soon. I really thought it would take weeks or months. I also like the fact that he updated me constantly..amazing customer service 👌
