I received a beautiful bag from shar live stream. However the strap missed out the hooks and I had telegram shar and customer service, Sufi. Both of them replied me very fast and shar offered to collect the hooks from merchant and luckily Sufi mentioned office has additional hooks. I went down to office and fixed it and loving the bag so much . Great seller (shar) and excellent customer service (Sufi)😊 from both of them.

I've been shopping with Shar since Mar 2022. She's funny & very entertaining, haha but she's also very knowledgeable with regards to the products she's selling. Live shopping is so addictive I have to control myself!! So far most of my purchases are great & I seriously have space issues for my handbags!! haha
