Good overall experience with LCE (esp with the dynamic team of Shar (Charlie), Stef and Hugo)
Charlie (Shar Shar) livestreams is the best where she is very professional and she does NOT push every single product into our face. She explains every product very well because she has industry knowledge. It makes me understand what I'm buying very well. Hugo is the best customer service support (post sale). Stefany is the best customer service support (pre sale). Both of them always go out of the way to help customers in every way. All questions are answered.
