Positive attitude & good service!
The Singapore warehouse person was very patient and accommodating when I requested to “ temporarily hold my parcel’s delivery due to my overseas trip”. I think his/her positive response was very comforting and relieved for me. So I don’t have to worry about my parcels may be lost during my absence. Thank you very much!
