The content and videos shared have been very interesting and informational. Crystal has been great to work with. The only constructive feedback I would have is that the 30 mins doesn’t feel like it’s enough time to really discuss things fully. In my opinion, 45-60 minutes might be better. Otherwise, it’s been good.
Beel is the best guide. I knew the first person I had was not going to work for me. I’m so glad I found Beel. He explains the material really well, he is invested in my recovery and he is extremely nice and pleasant to work with. A++ for Beel.

This app is very user friendly with all sorts of benefits, you can message your coach 24/7 have access to guided meditation and learning tools 24/7 from anywhere. I love that I can be in my pajamas in my own home learning about pain management ideals no one has told me about in my twelve years of dealing with chronic pain

The program confirms neuroscience data and applies it to a personal approach for neuroplasticity. Really an education and good approach to knowing your brain and how to improve it's role in our lives.
My coach, Vanessa, is very understanding and knowledgeable. She is a great listener as well. She has helped me navigate through the care kits and has given me new tools to use to help me with pain management. The care kits are very helpful and have great information.
