The content and videos shared have been very interesting and informational. Crystal has been great to work with. The only constructive feedback I would have is that the 30 mins doesn’t feel like it’s enough time to really discuss things fully. In my opinion, 45-60 minutes might be better. Otherwise, it’s been good.
Beel is the best guide. I knew the first person I had was not going to work for me. I’m so glad I found Beel. He explains the material really well, he is invested in my recovery and he is extremely nice and pleasant to work with. A++ for Beel.

Lin is providing such an important resource for people with chronic pain. It helped to give me hope again. My coach was amazing, the tools were super helpful. I can't say enough good things about it. If you are struggling with chronic pain, give this a try. You won't be disappointed.

My mindset is shifting and more automatic to think thoughts of safety and comfort and reduce panic. I have reduced my medication by over half and as a result of reduced meds and calm, I have also reduced my reliance on Tums to nearly zero. I used to take prilosec daily and so go thru a large bottle of tums each month. I still take daily prilosec but have taken tums ONCE in past month"

Lin has been a game changer. I wasn't able to run for years due to a lingering knee injury I sustained back in high school. Lin gave me the confidence to say that my knee is healthy and my pain is neuroplastic. Over the last few months I've started running again and my knee rarely bothers me.
