The content and videos shared have been very interesting and informational. Crystal has been great to work with. The only constructive feedback I would have is that the 30 mins doesn’t feel like it’s enough time to really discuss things fully. In my opinion, 45-60 minutes might be better. Otherwise, it’s been good.
Beel is the best guide. I knew the first person I had was not going to work for me. I’m so glad I found Beel. He explains the material really well, he is invested in my recovery and he is extremely nice and pleasant to work with. A++ for Beel.
This program was recommended to me by my neurologist. I have hemiplegic migraines. A rare disorder. I do not fit into the same box, per se as other migrainer’s; however, I believe in their techniques. I have already recommended this program to another who suffers from migraines. Some of the modules do not resonate with me. Others I absorb the information and go back to frequently to use. I highly recommend using the program.
I believe in this process and my coach has been extremely supportive. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I’m not where I need to be yet. But I am hopeful I will get there.
I think it's a good program, but very expensive and thus not that accessible for most. I will be quitting soon due to the over $500/month cost even with insurance. Despite paying this high cost for nearly a year, I will lose all access to the app and this the content and videos/audio as well.
My coach is awesome and I appreciate that experience, but even the LIN staff say real benefits come after getting a real therapist too. There is no way I can afford both though. I can barely afford this program.
This experience has been great for me. I began with a feeling of hopelessness that the rest of my life was going to be with daily pain. I have learned strategies and methods to retrain my brain pathways to feel safe and not jump into the fear/pain reaction. I have been able to increase exercise, reduce pain medications and have more confidence in what my body is capable of. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering with chronic pain.

Lin Health is an interesting compilation of relaxation techniques. My background is body/mind psychology, so none of this is new. What is new, is realizing my own tension and how it’s connected to pain. I like the one on one with the therapist too. I like that we can go more in-depth with the issues coming up. My pain has improved since starting Lin, so we’ll see what happens next.
My pain coach understands what I’m going through more than nearly a dozen neurologists I’ve seen. The program has greatly reduced my life altering pain, providing me the recipe to help myself. I am grateful beyond words for the progress Lin Health has granted me.
