The content and videos shared have been very interesting and informational. Crystal has been great to work with. The only constructive feedback I would have is that the 30 mins doesn’t feel like it’s enough time to really discuss things fully. In my opinion, 45-60 minutes might be better. Otherwise, it’s been good.
Beel is the best guide. I knew the first person I had was not going to work for me. I’m so glad I found Beel. He explains the material really well, he is invested in my recovery and he is extremely nice and pleasant to work with. A++ for Beel.
My coach is excellent at listening and answering any questions I ask. He is very good at explaining any new concept and incorporating my concerns into any suggestions.
My experience with Terri is almost ALWAYS good. She is great at directing me away from "negative nelly" to a more positive way of looking at what ever we are talking about. I think the variety of things to do when anxiety or pain comes up is amazing. I'm am going back and reviewing the care kits because I know I missed a lot. Thank you for putting this all together!!!
Lin health has been great for understanding pain from a different perspective. The personal coach is an absolute benefit to understanding the program in a personal way and how it can benefit you specifically.
I personally would have liked to see it move along a little faster. After a month and a half I feel like we are just getting into the meat and potatoes of how to actual begin reprogramming your brain.
I get that everyone's journey is so different, it would be difficult to tailor this kind of a program to each individual.
It changed my thinking process. I focus more on the pain management recovery process and resolution. It is a World Class, state-of-the are program . My coach is outstanding in her profession.
I have struggled with chronic pain, and fear around it, for well over a decade. I’ve had a multitude of symptoms over the years, and it wasn’t until I discovered Lin Health that I learned how retraining the brain from pain was the missing link. Coach Andrea has been so supportive and encouraging on my brain retraining journey. The neuroscience and pain education approach to chronic pain really works if you’re willing to put in the time and effort.

I have been in a battle with pain for 30 yrs..I fell at work and have multiple injuries..the program has helped me in that battle.the program has opened my eyes as to how to deal with the pain in a new way ..I take time now to feel the pain and to understand where it's coming from .to make a decision if it's harmful to my body or just a pain that will go away in time ..how to reprogram my brain to make my pain less and recover faster..I'm not on heating pad as much.i work though pain that I would stop and wait til better..now push through to let my brain know it's ok .it's jot going to harm me if I keep going..so much has changed for me personally on how I look and feel pain now ..if ur reading this the program gives me a lot of tools to deal with all my pain ..if u would like to do program ......all u have to do is have a open mind and that u don't have to go through ur pain alone ..I really hope I helped because the program is working for me
Having a life coach to work with is the strengthen of this program. The material is put together well, although sometimes I think I’m done with a topic and I’m not, because I didn’t continue until I had hit the summit button. The coach is able to gather material (videos, pod cases etc.) specifically for you. Now if I can only get myself out of chronic pain!!
My coach has been always available to answer my questions or comments online. During our sessions , I feel he is positively interested in how I am doing in my life, not just Lin Health. I have had sinus infections all my life...maybe "stuffing" emotions? I realized that I have not had an infection in months. I do the deep breathing exercises throughout my days and can't "stuff" anything and still breath deeply. I am more relaxed, slowing down and less body pain ( and I had back pain 9 weeks ago). The time I spend reading, practicing and trying these techniques has been well worth it!
