The content and videos shared have been very interesting and informational. Crystal has been great to work with. The only constructive feedback I would have is that the 30 mins doesn’t feel like it’s enough time to really discuss things fully. In my opinion, 45-60 minutes might be better. Otherwise, it’s been good.
Beel is the best guide. I knew the first person I had was not going to work for me. I’m so glad I found Beel. He explains the material really well, he is invested in my recovery and he is extremely nice and pleasant to work with. A++ for Beel.
Through the coaching and informative videos, I have found a way to let go of my pain. I still have pain. I woke last night with profound neck pain. With the new skills I have acquired, I was able to adjust my neck and relieve pain and get back to sleep easily. This would have been a completely different story 6 months ago.

The Lin program is incredible and life changing. The coaches at Lin are exceptional! There hasn’t been a goal that I’ve been unable to meet since joining the program. My chronic pain is a thing of the past! My quality of life has increased greatly. The lessons and knowledge that I’ve learned from the program will be carried through the entirety of my life.
My coaching sessions are great. I don’t know that I need them every week but I am repeatedly prompted to schedule them if I have not scheduled every week.
There was a lot of promotion about a “Collaborative Care Team” at the onset, but I do not find that to be an actuality. I deal mostly with my coach. The doc who got me to sign up has moved his practice to another city and his colleagues don’t participate in the program. The “doctors” I meet with on a quarterly basis cannot be contacted until they reach out to schedule a “check up”. On my two experiences of these phone meetings, I have had two different doctors and neither seemed acquainted with my file or information. The second one expressed disappointment that I had not moved the needle further since my previous meeting. It felt high pressure to provide good marks to the process than reflective of my personal improvement.
I find the theory of overcoming “brain pain” is somewhat counterintuitive to the practice of meeting weekly to focus on my physical pain. I don’t normally think or talk about it so much and I find it causes me to think about it more often.
I have a great coach who meets with me regularly. Although this was a new concept for me, it is really making a difference. I’ve only been on this program for a month and pain has definitely decreased. I have recommended it to several friends.

My therapist was fantastic. She met me right where I was and helped me improve swiftly. The learning material was concentrated yet friendly, and very practical. This isn't just a 'pain' program, it's a 'dealing with life' program. Highly recommend.
