Amazing program
I was in this program for about five months, and during that time, I deeply understood that my pain is simulated pain created by a brain stuck in a pain-fear cycle. Since I started working with my coach, Natalie, I have been able to identify my fears and face them with compassion. Natalie possesses a unique ability to lead people toward progress, aiding them in confronting and overcoming their fears of pain. Subsequently, she guides them in discovering the inner and outer resources that support their journey toward breaking free from the cycle of pain and fear.
My ability to catastrophize when uncomfortable symptoms arise is almost zero now. I can now stop fearful thoughts with compassion and change them for more beneficial ones. Despite having uncomfortable sensations, I have regained a sense of empowerment that motivates me to go for what I want.
I still have pain but suffer less. I stopped chasing for a cure. I now know that the purpose is not to get rid of the pain but to teach my brain to feel safe again so my sensitive nervous system can regain balance.
