Initially Frankie was great. He talked slowly and paused often to ask if I had any questions. He explained everything well. I didn’t complete the process with him because I needed to talk to my sister first. When I called back I got Christina who was horrible. She talked too fast and never paused long enough for me to ask questions. I had to interrupt her to ask a question. One time she got snippy and said “well I was about to tell you that when you interrupted me”. I almost hung up. But because of Frankie I finished. She was terrible.

I was told after my purchase that my cost was 48.25 per month but had been told previously that it would be 27.00. Also a friend has spectrum land line but I was told that the reason my cost went up is because spectrum wouldn't pair with your services. And couldn't get a refund even after I asked 5 minutes later until I received the unit and then returned it
