Disappointing

Disappointing. Tried on two separate evenings to contact Room Service and, failing that, Reception from room phone. No answer on either occasion. The room was up a flight of 10 stairs. I was not made aware of possible accessibility issues before arrival and found this challenging which for a "superior" room is not good enough. I had difficulty finding help with my case and struggled with the stairs. Having said that the staff with whom I interacted were, on the whole, very nice and the food, when I finally got it, was fine. TV offerings very poor. Just not good enough for an allegedly highly rated hotel. (Edinburgh, Murrayfield)

Get shafted @ Leonardo Boutique hotels

Nothing like making a booking that the hotel gets wrong & when they kindly promise to re-imburse they actually change the facts so that they don’t have to re-imburse the customers. When you know you were at the hotel at 10am to check in & you’re told that you got the date wrong & then you see that they update Booking in the afternoon as a ‘no show’. I don’t know why Booking wants to list such hotels on their database when such bad service from the hotel reflects badly known them as well. Leonardo hotel - Tel Aviv This business customer ain’t coming back!

Have just booked my 4th visit this year. at Leonardo Hotel Gateshead Quays, fabulous, as always very friendly staff , Ann on reception so helpful, and always give us a welcome as we arrive, the furnishings in bar, and lounge have been renewed, plus an added touch of complementary cold drinks from the dispenser in reception rooms cleaned and all tea coffee and milk , plenty of it every day, the bar staff and resturant staff are fantastic, my next visit already booked

SEAFOS DOES NOT OPERATE LIKE A 5 STAR HOTEL

While checking into my suite at the SEAFOS Luxury Resort & Spa Hotel in Nafplio, Greece the Security Guard/Reception Staff negligently directed my partner and I to park in an area incapable of safely accommodating our Van, resulting in substantial damage to the body panels of our vehicle. Following the damage to our vehicle I confronted the hotel Mgr. (Vasilis Keritis) who agreed that his staff was negligent and that he was willing to do what was necessary to restore our vehicle. Yet the following day, when I inquired how the SEAFOS Hotel was going to arrange payment for the repairs necessary to fix our van , Vasilis Keritis reversed his position claiming his staff was not at fault. Out of hundreds of hotels I've stayed, throughout 55+ different countries, this is BY FAR THE WORSE ONE YET!!!

Exzellenter Service - Ein Highlight im Leonardo Hotel

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, am 27.10. im Leonardo Hotel Airport Salzburg einzuchecken und möchten unsere besondere Wertschätzung für den Mitarbeiter Wasim zum Ausdruck bringen. Obwohl es einige 'Probleme' in unserem Zimmer gab, hat Wasim mit höchster Professionalität und Effizienz reagiert. Sein Engagement für exzellenten Kundenservice und seine Bereitschaft, uns entgegenzukommen, waren außergewöhnlich. Dank Wasim wurde unser Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. 1a Service. Ich würde das Hotel allein wegen seiner herausragenden Dienstleistungen wieder besuchen. Ein echtes Beispiel für Kundenorientierung und Professionalität!

In Glasgow city centre

In Glasgow city centre. Room is spacious and clean. Location ideal for city centre. Have difficulty with remote control for the TV, can’t seem to change the volume. Had dinner in the hotel , only available in the bar, surrounded by Rangers fans who were extremely loud and thought it was OK to be sectarian. Been to Jurys many times and never experienced this before

Avoid

Avoid! Rooms are dirty and smelly, kettle, trays, surfaces even the walls and skirting were disgusting. Went to reception to complain and was given another room. New room was a bit cleaner but still very poor standard and very smelly with stale cigarettes. Got refund and left.

Leonardo royal Birmingham broad street - The hotel was really clean & reception staff were friendly & helpful. I had paid for an extended check out until 2pm but a blonde Eastern European female (didn’t get the name) banged on the door & rudely shouted that I had to leave even after telling her I have PAID for an extended check out. We were going back & forward for a while, I told her to go down to check with reception which she refused so I tried to call down but no answer. I told her I was going to make a complaint as the way she speaks to guests was disgusting to which she replied she doesn’t care & will also make a complaint?! On the way out I was going to let reception know so they could give her some basic training in mannerisms but the que was too big.

Been trying to call reception for the past 3 hours, I made about 200 calls now (not even exaggerating) No answer at all not even once!!! I dont understand why? First time to experience this with a hotel!

I have very bad experience today in…

I have very bad experience today in Leonardo Hotel Watford. I went there at 10:30 for the collection (allocated time 10:30-11:00) and was asked to wait until 11 which I did. Even few minutes after 11 no one served me and then I asked the staff about my order. Around 11:15 the staff brought a small bag and I was surprised with it and and asked whether this is English Breakfast. She said there’s no hot food and only a few croissants etc. I then spoke to the manager Charlie and he was very unprofessional and has no customer care and told me to take it or leave it. He also said it’s not his problem and asked me to deal with Too Good To Go. I had used their service before when it was Jury’s Inn and never faced a bad experience like this.

Nie wieder Leonardo Hotel. Sie haben mir eine Buchung zugesagt und per Mail bestätigt. Late Check-in ...kein Problem.....es ist 00:31...Aussage: ausgebucht...meine Reservierung ist nicht auffindbar...der Sicherheitsmann weiss von nichts...ich bin gestrandet...nie wieder Leonardo.

Hotel in Breda was perfect.

Hotel in Breda was perfect, personeel zo vriendelijk zeker Peter Elshout was de kers op de taart wat een aanwinst voor het bedrijf, ook zeer hond vriendelijk. Ga er zeker nog een keer heen.

For the love of God, sort out your rooms

I'm writing this at 3.59am. Next door (412) are having a mad party, which is their business. Its been going on since 2.30am. Trouble is the walls are that thin, I'm listening to their conversation about their youth, interrupted by bursting balloons and loud sniffing. And these kids have stamina. I'm 52. And I'm thinking 'Am I dead? Am I in hell? I think I'm in hell. This is definitely hell....' UPDATE - It's 4.47 and I've accepted my fate. I'm having a cup of tea listening to stories about their brothers, who sound lovely. I'd rather be asleep. That TV is going on full blast at 8am though...

bit of a dump don't think Marco would dine there

booked via hotels.com Restaurant shocking not even a steak knife offered for a 16 ounce steak my colleagues had raw prawns on his steak pure blue even the second lot where not much better your lady in charge did not give a dam and even when we walked up to the venue she tried in vain to tell us the place was short staffed and she might not be able to seat us on a positive note Jon the waiter first class and Neave on reception a breath of fresh air and totally committed to the hotel chain next day breakfast was fried eggs swimming in grease and still cooking toaster not working and my table I had to ask for it to be cleaned from the last person honest view a dump of a hotel with some shining stars in Jon and Neave
