I thought I would have a positive experience after reading through some of the google reviews left here. Essentially you're paying $330 to have your listing posted, I did not receive any of the professional "trend" advice advocated by other reviewers. My car has been posted for over 45 days, a 2019 VW Jetta with a $295 payment per month with below term km, something that should have garnered SOME interest. I received not even ONE inquiry while my car was posted on the platform. Meanwhile, I've gotten multiple inquires through Kijiji which is free. Paying for your car to be listed on this ancient platform does not make any sense when free platforms exist such as kijiji. The "professional advice" they offer is available through a single google search. I've dealt with a person named Andy Kapadoukakis, his responses would take up to a week - when I told him I would be leaving a negative google review, I got a response back right away? I've asked for a refund have not received any communication back for over a week now - have now contacted American Express to issue a charge back with all email evidence. I would 100% avoid this service, you can save yourself the $300 and put maybe an hour of your time in and list your vehicle yourself.

Wasn’t worth it at all, I found that the site is lacking and most inquiries I got weren’t serious as opposed to kijiji.

The LB team was extremely freindly. They were able to support me through the whole process and knew all of the details. I was able to get rid of my lease over a weekend with 5 inquiries on day one. I would recommend Randy and the team.

I was extremely skeptical using this method to find someone to take over my lease. There was a one time fee for posting your vehicle which initially I thought was a bit high however my car could have sat for months on something like Kijiji and my monthly payments would just keep coming out. When you use lease busters; you know the people are coming to the site specifically to take over a lease or get out of one. Michael Gordon was my rep and he was extremely helpful and efficient. Within 2 hours, someone wanted to see my car. The first person took it. I was very pleased with this service and def recommend to anyone trying to get out of a lease or is looking for something not so permanent.

I would have given zero star if I had that choice! I called on 8 ads, and no return email or calls. In conclusion the advertisement are mostly bogus, or outdated. I got better results calling on Kijiji ads!!

My experience with Leasebusters was very pleasant. Worked with Guy, he was honest and informative, I would definitely use this service in the future to break a lease.

Dealt with Michael and it was a smooth process. He was easily accessible to assist with any questions. Got the lease Transfer completed in 60 days and was a pleasant experience. Will do it again. Will definitely recommend.

This was a good service, around 400$ to place the ad then it was up for as long as it needed to be sold. I had to renew every 30 days but the link and website was easy to use. I ended up getting out of my lease. I would recommend this website. I tried adds on other sites but this is the one that sold!

Wish I reviewed Leasebusters.com better and didn't just take advice from a friend who used them many years ago. Their website and interface is horrible, their customer service was appalling. They take your money before providing any in information about the process and then post false ads about your vehicle. You have to catch it as to not falsely advertise details. But in the end it doesn't matter really, no one ever responds to your posting only a bot with 12345@gmail email addresses. I suspect used to justify that there is traffic and to keep your money for a scam service. Do not use these guys, sell it yourself for free on Facebook marketplace.

Is there a NO STAR rating here at all? They are liars and cheats and just want your money. Horrible, horrible experience. They were all nice and sweet until they got your business. I wanted to get out of my lease so I signed up with them. One week in, things changed and I decided to put this decision of until next year. So I asked them for a refund, since nothing had happened, no activity, except for a few emails, phone calls etc. I told them, on humane grounds they should refund the money, every company has a refund policy. Trust me, I would have picked to go with them next year had they given me a single thought. It is so unfair! I was told that I should have read that on the email - this, after having had an hour long discussion about rules and regs and policies etc. It is just that companies like these exist and are WRONGLY making money off of people's hard earned money. It is just so sad. I am not ranting, but just letting these people bear the consequences of their behaviour. Terrible, really. They don't care about you, they just want your money. Especially GUY, whom I dealt with personally and SHARRON who apparently is the manager!! How do people like them even get positions of authority when simple decisions like these that require a conscience can't be made correctly?

DON"T USE LEASEBUSTERS. It is not worth the cost of posting your lease on this site. LeaseBusters posts your ad for $300 and there is little to no traffic that goes to the web site. You are WAY better off putting your lease on Craigslist and Kijiji as you will be much better results. Don't Give them the opportunity to TAKE your hard earned $.

It was not useful. Staff at Leasebusters was very polite and courteous but I don't see any buyers interested in my car. Kia Soul you suck.

Great site for lease take overs. A little pricey though.
