Is nice people and helpful

This company is great, excellent customer service and regular updates to everything make the experience easygoing and stress-free. The resources available for studying are almost endless, with tons of content on lots of different courses. The signup process takes some time but once it's setup it's smooth sailing. Plenty of support available if you're struggling to finish the course, but it is of course all down to you.

Learning people and her staffs are excellent. They are always ready to assist and patiently they take you through all the necessary route. I will recommend learning people to everyone aspiring to progress in their career.

I wanted to progress in my career in IT and decided to get into Cyber Security and The Learning People put together a course for me do for this. Their induction call and orientation was very good and they answered all my questions. I have passed 2 exams with them now in just over a month. A few more to go and confident in passing them with The Learning people.

I enquired about the cybersecurity courses and certificates. The sales person called for a quick chat the next day. Spoke on and on while im driving for 35 mins about pay scale and all they offer and he kept pushing for the 5 certicate offer for over $8000. I asked him a couple of question, he answered then. Then i asked him if i can do 1 certificate at the moment as finance is a issue. The sales person started being very rude and condescending and just told me this in not the course for me as i am wasting his time. Then in so many words called my idea stupid, and finally asked how long i have been in my current job only to belittle me by saying "i should have left that job within 6 months". It was like a complete split personality disorder.

I had done a bit of research into the IT industry but wasn’t sure which area would be good for me so I scheduled a call with Chris, who answered all my questions fully and without pushing me into anything, suggested a path that he believed would work for my particular skills and traits. This whole process since I joined with The Learning People has felt pressure free, stress free and with my best interests at heart. I am so impressed with the level of support and care I have been treated with while I complete my studies. I have found the platform to be clear and well set up, with excellent resources for any kind of learning style and am genuinely pleasantly surprised with how incredible the service has been! I would wholeheartedly recommend at least speaking to an advisor if you’re interested in expanding your qualifications and skill set. I am autistic so find some things like this difficult but I have felt supported the whole way through and I’m just excited to continue learning with them! Anything I’ve felt confused about or need a bit of guidance I know I can ring Chris who will help me through it, I cannot say enough good things. Thank you to everyone here!

The service provided was extremely disappointing. I'm still awaiting either my refund or contact from customer service after experiencing such a poor level of service.

I started a course a good few years ago and hope to get a job in the IT industry but this never happened. I lost touch. I would really like them to reinstate me. I paid nearly 4000 or 5000 pounds, for the courses I think it was cyber security professionals and couldn’t pass the online exams. I spent a lot of time doing it as well. I have adhd, I just hope they will get in contact and write a wrong. I really need a job right now. It sounds good and they said they have recruiters in Melbourne looking for people but it never happened for me. I hope they can help me again. If so I will take my review down and write a very positive one. I thought it was they would look after me for life, but this isn’t the case. I just feel let down. I hoped that I could get a good job from the course but didn’t.

Very happy with the support given throughout my training. Online materials are effective, and I had someone to support me with any queries.

I passed my CompTIA A+ and didnt get any follow up from the career advisor. I recommend ITCareershift as they will charge you half the price and give you 4 courses on the same price. I don't know ITcareershift (something like that google it) career advisor quality, but I know they are cheaper with more courses. I only joined learningpeople for their career advisor review but I think its all fake or inside review. Ohh ya and I am in HK for a vacation and was hoping they would help me to finish my CV and advice me to shift my career but zero ... nada ... nothing .... waste of money

Unethical , uncaring , sales company beware don't believe the so called 5 star reviews these are fake . I am taking these to court as they have hounded me for monies I do t even owe . I cancelled in the 14 day cooling off period but ppl beware as they don't tell you that if you open any course material during this then they void it yes this is how shifty these sales con artists are . Unfortunately for them I never opened a single bit of material and never did the induction yet they have still hounded me for over a year with 2 different law firm to scare me. I said it before I will no give these cowboys a single cent and now I will be counterclaiming them for the initial amount I paid to them £150 which was was gonna leave however they have affected my mental health and anxiety . I will see these scammers in court and they need closing down for good

Amazing experience thus far..Not been disappointed.

I started the front end plus course at the Learning People a month ago and have had good support from the people that work their especially my mentor when it comes to my projects. I have finished the first module and had good feedback on my work from my mentor and I am currently on module 2 and on my second project and been getting good support from my mentor which is helping out a lot. From my experience so far, I would definitely recommend the company to friends and others who are looking to get into the course online.

i've just finished my course and i am so pleased with my experience. the student care team was always on hand and responding quickly to any queries i had, along with the careers & cv advice (for life!). the course is easy to navigate and the portal simple to use with everything in one place that you might need! it's very easy to book the exams and make sure you have everything you need. Jenny was a great help in getting me set up and explaining everything to me at the start and when i needed! I would recommend these courses for anyone looking for a career change as they're a great basis to help you get going.

Every person I have interacted with has been extremely helpful and very friendly. As for the learning interface, its extremely easy to navigate and aids my learning brilliantly. I love how flexible this style of studying is, and it isnt drastically taking up any free time. Can comfortably study for a couple hours each day, and the process isnt in the slightest bit boring, or tedious. I highly recommend thelearningpeople.

BEWARE! I had the most unfortunate experience with these people. They persuaded me to sign up for a course which wasn't what it was made out to be and then refused to let me cancel when I discovered it wasn't what I was led to believe. Never again will I sign up to anything with these people
