SHOCK HORROR NO ONE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME SINCE THE REPLY NOW 22nd MARCH I was led to believe there would be a lot of support on this course when I was initially sold it. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case, I really struggled with the format of the learning. Which is a me problem however, there are no alternatives and if it takes you longer than the time frame they give you then you lose the ability to do the exams even though you have paid for them. Be aware the content is watching videos, the mocks are nothing like the actual exams and the webinars are boring and really hard to follow. I had gained a first class business degree online before doing this course and I assumed (stupidly) that I would have had the same support. They won’t put you in for your exam unless you get 80%, I had to fight to get on my foundation exam before my course ended otherwise I would have paid thousands of pounds and got no qualifications to show for it. They say that you need 80% to pass the exam however if the mocks were reflective of the actual exam then maybe their pass rate wouldn’t need to be that high. I would certainly not recommend them! I assumed I would be able to self train for my other exams and use my exam vouchers as I had already paid for them. However it’s taken months of calls and emails where they refused to give me a straight answer. Finally they have told me I can’t have access to doing the exams without an 80% pass rate on the mocks. So basically they want me to pay thousands of pounds yet again to give me access to the exams I have already paid for. Total scam

I started my Journey around 5 months ago and i have been really pleased and enjoyed my time learning with learning people. Special shout out to my tutor Mikki Dumbrill for the weekly motivational calls and encouragement which recently helped me pass my core1 part1. The website is clear and easy to navigate, the tutor I have is friendly and helpful and i haven't had a bad experience in any areas in my 5 months learning.

Jack Shoebridge was amazing and helped me through every step and explained everything clearly. I’m grateful for the opportunity, hoping to find a job soon now!

Career team at Learning People: Significant advancements have been achieved in my learning endeavours and network building through LinkedIn over the past few months through invaluable assistance of the Learning People team, particularly Francesca Fardell (Career Service Consultant) and Shama Begum (Student Care Consultant), deserves my sincere appreciation for their unwavering support and diligent follow-up. Engaging with the Learning People team has been a rewarding educational experience.

I recently started a new venture to become a Full Stack Developer with Code Institute, my careers consultant Jack S was very informative along the way, answering any questions I had and ultimately re-assured me that the next venture is more achievable than I had thought before speaking to someone properly! I would definitely recommend speaking to these guys if you're looking for a new career in tech!

Apart from the learning platform that I have to learn under Learning People, the support I got in preparing for my interview was awesome. Francesca fadell and Chelsey were helpful and inspiring. I studied Project Management with The Learning People. The courses are easy to navigate from home. Francesca from career services has been a great help so far in assisting me to navigate the job market and improve my presence on LinkedIn as I attempt to branch out into a new sector. She has provided me support and guidance, as well as feedback on application forms when applying for jobs. Francesca is supporting me to be resilient, encourages me to keep pushing, and not to sell myself short during my job search. The mock interviews she conducts through teams are also a great way to prepare for interviews I have coming up. I am confident with her help, I will secure a new position in the coming weeks.

I enrolled with the Learning People company in 2023, and since then, I have been incredibly impressed with their professionalism, learning materials and support. The staff are outstanding and are always there to support. I receive phone calls or emails from Amy Kent most weeks, and she is always encouraging and willing to support my studies. I recently received career guidance from Rachel Gilmour; she has been excellent. Rachel assisted me in preparing/updating my CV, supported me in setting up a LinkedIn profile, taught me about networking, proofread cover letters, etc. At all times, she was supportive and professional. I am greatly indebted to Rachel and the team at Learning People and highly recommend learning with them—5 stars to the Learning Company, their staff, Rachel Gilmour, and Amy Kent.

I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a learning journey with Learning People, and it has been a truly positive experience. From my initial contact with Tyler, I appreciated the clear and informative communication about the services provided. Mikayla, from the career services department, has been a consistent source of support throughout my journey. Her guidance has helped me perfect and feel very confident about my CV, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter writing skills. I look forward to gain more confidence with networking, an area I tend to sometimes struggle with and is the next phase of our process. In addition to Tyler and Mikayla, I also want to highlight the fantastic support I received from Gaitlin in the student care department during my onboarding period. Gaitlin's assistance and guidance were instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition into the Learning People community. His support further contributed to the positive experience I've had with Learning People, and I'm grateful for his help during this initial phase of my journey, and look forward to working with him throughout this journey. The project management course offered by Learning People has been impressive so far. The resources and database provided have been helpful in expanding my understanding of project management concepts. I am looking forward to furthering my studies and gaining more knowledge in this field. Overall, my experience with Learning People has been positive, thanks to the supportive team members like Tyler, Mikayla and Gaitlin. I am excited to continue my learning journey with them and would recommend their services to anyone looking to further their education and professional development.

the course is nothing like described. its some guy with a monotone voice reading from powerpoints for literally every part of the course. there is no actual work to help you learn its just watch this video then do this multiple choice question. the staff didnt help at all, started off fine but seems like they forgot about me half way through my year course. not to mention being asked if i want to pay more after my contract ran out even though i didnt even get close to finishing the first one. Wasted £2000+ on this course. Francesca in career support was amazing. knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and organised. She was able to help me from genuine practical feedback on my cv and applications to preparation and tips for individual interviews. I did not feel like just another stranger to give generic tips to - she took time to get to know me and my strengths (and possible weaknesses) and provide an ongoing bespoke service to suit my needs. Can not recommended her more - I am happy to say I have now got a dream job - in no small part to her.

DO NOT SIGN UP to the learning people. They take your money with no ongoing support. I have been requesting a refund because I could not access the platform and no one will return phone calls.

My Experience while learning with The Learning People: The course material is excellent. The support team provides the best service before the exam, as well as during preparations for job interviews. Just follow the advice by the support team, and you will certainly pass. The text book is equally great, however, the print is too light (faint).

The resources provided during my learning were very helpful and easy to follow and the exam practice questions were also insightful. Communicating with the team at different stages of the learning journey was effective, such as quick response to queries. I passed my BCS certification first time.

I am still currently studying with Learning People and the team has been supporting me every step of the way. I get quick responses to my emails or call backs when needed.

Everyone at the Learning People have been great and easily accessible whenever I’ve needed any help regarding the course. Alex Plummer, did a phenomenal job ensuring I understood everything from enrolling on the course to understanding how to navigate my portal and course material. The support has been immense.

I am getting every help I needed before and after my certification. My career consultant- Rachel Gilmour is very helpful and explain all the things clearly and in a professional manner. Highly appreciated and recommend to everyone.
