Please do your research before purchasing with the Learning People

My experience has left me with some important observations that I'd like to honestly share with you all. Look on other review sites outside of TrustPilot to find their genuine reviews! - Unresponsive Student Care - consistently non-responsive. Even calling the number shown on their website for Student Care results in reaching the voicemail every day. (please call it, try it yourself, try now and you will see!) - Sales-Driven Approach - Initial interactions are heavily sales-oriented to get you over the line and signed up. They upsold courses to me despite it not being in my desired career path and lied about their relevance. They even lied and told me that there are certain prerequisites I'd need to meet by doing other courses. Once I'd paid, I researched further and pointed out they were not, they acknowledged it (I have it written in email proof so they couldn't deny they had said it) but are not willing to refund - just offered to provide 6 months extra to complete the courses. - Outdated Course Delivery - They use an outdated PowerPoint slide system with a voice-over for course delivery. It's a terrible form of learning delivery. (ask them for a preview before you purchase, you'll see what I mean) - Career Services - offers very basic job assistance that could easily be found online, making it feel more like a service padding than genuine help. They give you 10 mins of tips for your CV and LinkedIn. I hope this genuine and honest review helps others make informed decisions about their educational choices.

Excellent service

I have always wanted a change of career but not sure on the best course to do, until I landed on Learning People's website and spoke to Christopher who gave me a superb advice.He was patient enough to answer all my questions and listen to my ideas, and then he advised me on the best course to take basing on them.He gave me time to think about the recommended course and then helped me through the enrolment process.Now I am enrolled with Learning People and really appreciate a splendid job he did.Their tutorials are self paced and with a very flexible payment plan.I would not hesitate to recommend Learning People to anyone else because of the job well done

Career Support for Students and professional

Learning people has been great with the way they support student through the course. You get to have your personal career consultant guidance throughout the course process. Danielle who is my career consultant has been great with communication. Studentcare support team checking in your progress too. I am loving the experience so far and will recommend learning people to friends and family.

My expressions have been great I have had a lot of help from Stuart from the very beginning. He is very loving and thankful, and he is very great with me; he has helped me with everything and in my work, like helping me get LinkedIn, and I am very grateful for that. I give 2 stars because I try to contact…

I give 2 stars because I try to contact them and no-one answer these phones. It is always the same problem courses are OK but when it comes to labs thinks are different. So I did comptia a+, networking+ and now I am on Security+. I couldn't finish platform labs becouse something whet wrong while progressing into the labs. I guess i am not alone in this one. For this reason I got Comptia labs which are almost flawless. I came again in the point I need them ( comptia labs ) and I can't communicate my needs to Learningpeople because no-one could answer my call. I can understand is a huge course provider ( and a very expensive one) but costumer service is 1 star. I realy regret starting with them... meanwhile I have found udemy... there courses are way cheaper... This review is my third one ( one for each course I have done) I still have another 3 to go under my contract with Learningpeople. So gonna be another 3 complaints?... hope not. I have learnt if I give a bad review I will be called immediately and problem will be solved.
