I enrolled in an online course with this provider, and when I inquired about the cancellation policy, I was given no clear answers. Instead, the representative repeatedly assured me not to worry, saying I would be fine. Unfortunately, due to personal commitments, I was unable to take the course, so I reached out to cancel. To my surprise, I received emails demanding full payment, citing that I had signed a contract. I was pressured into paying a substantial amount, which is a significant sum for me, because they threatened me with legal consequences if I didn't. I feel misled and taken advantage of, as the terms were not properly explained, and the cancellation process was neither transparent nor fair. I regret signing up for this course and would advise anyone considering it to be cautious and thoroughly understand their cancellation policy before committing.

It’s really unbelievable that after paying over £2700 and almost zero support. They don’t want to give me the voucher for PMP even though they never explained anything and one of them called to insult me. I’m taking this up and informing my council MP. I wouldn’t advise to trust this people

Complete and utter bs. Sell you on their courses like used car salesmen fraudulently misleading you. They don't foow through on their promises and when you raise this with them they bully you into feeling like it's all on you.

It’s a very great learning platform and it allowed me understand each module by breaking it down into simple sections, which allowed me to pass my certification exams. In addition, their student help desk is so reliable and always on board to assist with any questions. I’m so happy I chose to learn with them .

Comptia cloud+ is not for the faint hearted. Angel from student care was so good and so reassuring giving the confidence one needs. A positive experience and success, yay. A big shout out to Chris Ide for his expert advice and putting me on the right path.

Very flexible and you can work alongside other commitments. I work full time so it can be tricky to arrange study times but the flexibility has allowed me to work at my own pace and remain focused and I so far achieved my first certification in Comptia A+ Also would like to thank the support team for reaching out and keeping tabs every now and then on how you are progressing so you never feel like you are left alone. It does help keep focus.

Being with the learning people has been a joy there is always someone to offer support on your learning journey with an abundance of material to help you to achieve your goal. I started back in October 2023 trying get certified for a move into cyber security to become a soc analyst I now have have 3 certifications and am now getting myself ready for my final one, but just to assure you this hasn’t been easy with being a father of 2 and a husband and working 12 hour shifts trying to juggle this has been difficult but the learning people are there to offer you help and support every step of the way.

Best online learning platform so far, great support from the team and you'll definitely get value for your money.
