From my first enquiry, I was listened to. I have been given great advice, in terms of going for the Advanced PM Pathway and so far, I am very happy with the amount of support I have received. Thank you Learning People - in particular Youvraj and Fred, my Learning Support advisor!

Really disappointed having forwarded an advert from Total Jobs to my Son to find he has been trapped into a credit agreement with no option to stop the course after 14 days. £3995 course, £5700 credit agrement, now stuck paying that even though his fiances have changed and he doesn't feel the course is right for him. Interesting to note the credit agreement names the learning people as the salesmen and credit broker.

Great customer service and responsive team

Once these people get you on the phone they never want to let you off - they're like used car salesmen. I ended up doing a comparable project management course with another provider for a fraction of the cost. I keep unsubscribing from their emails and I keep getting more - stay away from this company!

The structure/layout of the course is easy to navigate through and understand. The help of the student care team makes it even more easier to understand and guide you whenever you are stuck.

The experience was awesome and i am happy to have passed through their educational platform.

I really appreciated the pace at which the learning content was delivered on the ILX portal, as it made the material easy to follow. Also, the team was always available and quick to assist whenever I had questions. I’m especially grateful to the Learning People for their understanding and support during a challenging time towards the end of my course in providing a needed extension, ensuring I could successfully complete my courses.

It’s just all about money no impact

I'm currently a couple of weeks into my experience with Learning People, and so far it has been extremely positive. Jack, my Career Consultant, and Vita from the Student Care Team have been informative and helpful. The training platform has also been easy to use and is easy to navigate.

Vita was very understanding and related to my feelings. It was great to be able to talk about my fears and challenges and receive understanding, encouragement and advice. The best advice was to take the next step with the career services side of things and to start working towards my end goal and dream of getting a job. Before I joined Learning People, I had already completed a boot camp with no guidance after the boot camp for the career part. So, starting all over again with Learning People, I felt like I was in an unending learning tunnel, so knowing that I have that guidance for breaking into a new industry puts all the hard work of studying again into perspective.

Since enrolling with the learning people, I have felt seen, heard and fully supported. They have made every step so far a less daunting process: doing something completely new is always slightly scary, but the people at learning people have been great! Steven and vita are lovely, warm and welcoming humans.

The follow-up, and advice I have received so far, have been encouraging.
