Next level incompetence
Skellefteå Lasbilsstation is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with absolutely terrible and incompetent companies over the years. Some times they don't know how to use GPS and drive to your place, mark it down as a failed delivery attempt, later tell you that they did not have your phone number (despite it being written on the package). Never arrives on time, you pay for FedEx Priority International, should arrive in 5 days to just about anywhere, but not if Lastbilsstation is in charge of the delivery.
The customer service tells me they don't have a delivery truck in my area, so it will be delivered next week, after the weekend. You should not be running a logistics company if you cannot provide enough trucks. The actual delivery was handled by Bussgods, instead of sending their own trucks to you, they will just deliver the package to the nearest Bussgods terminal, who will handle the delivery maybe in few days if you are lucky.
I find it fascinating FedEx can handle shipping your package through multiple countries in just 2-3 days, but the incompetent people in Skellefteå Lasbilsstation cannot handle domestic shipping in less than 3 days. I was told I might be eligible for a refund from FedEx, in the future I will be filing complaints and applying for refunds every single time, if enough customers do that, maybe they will terminate their contract with these malicious incompetent people.
Last year, when they delivered me a computer enclosure, instead of driving in front of the house, the driver decided to leave the truck about 150 meters away, ring my door bell and ask me to come pick up the heavy package and carry it back without providing any help. Avoid this company at all costs!
