Language Oasis Reviews

I have been using they services for years and never had a problem before. Then I needed them again, after 10 days that I send my documents I was waiting for them to arrived by mail. Then I decided to call, I wasn’t sure if they had changed any policy because of COVID-19. After 4 calls a lady answered the phone. Then I explain to her that I was waiting for my documents, and I checked in their website and it showed done. She started to scream at me saying that I should check for my emails, that it’s my fault that I didn’t receive the confirmation email... I told her that the only email that I had receive was to give them my feedback, my review... I found strange.. how could I give them my review without seen my translation. And she just continues to scream at me, and I ask her to send me the email again. She complained, but she did, after 1 min she was “can you open your email”? , I had my email opened in front of me, and she continued to scream at me saying... see your email have a problem, you didn’t receive. So I told her, give a few minutes and I am going to receive. Then when I received, I told her, and ask her to calm down, and she hang up on my face. What kind of customer service is that? She is been working for them for years, but she can not treat people like that. Another thing, when we send a document for them to translate most of the time we are in a hurry, they are fast and good, 24hs to translate, but if the customer had not return the confirmation email in 2 days, why they don’t send another one? Or why they don’t call? Really bad customer service!

Very fast service, professional and great communication. I choose them for all my translation needs.

Their customer service is great. Everything went as expected, I got my translations in less then 24 hours. Thank you Oasis.

I recommend translation oasis to everyone! I needed 3 documents translated from English to German so I emailed Translation Oasis one day in the morning. Within min i got an email, I sent my documents in right away. The same day in the evening my translated documents were ready. I approved everything and had it notarized. The following day my documents were shipped! Amazing company I can highly recommend. I definitely will use them again!

Two years ago, I translated my daughter's Birth of Certificate from Ar to En. for School. Last week, I translated my son's Birth of Certificate for same reason. Translation was accurate. Delivery was fast, honest description of their services. I would recommend them.

Language Oasis did a wonderful job translating my documents that were needed for my Visa application. We did run into an issue where I only received 2 of the 3 documents that I submitted, but as soon as I contacted them about the situation they fixed it immediately. I appreciate the superior service and outstanding job that was done by this company. I would recommend their services to anyone that needs documents translated.
