Crypto is not the Future, the only ones making Money are the Insiders and Kraken. I'm out of it thankfully. It's nothing but a SCAM with Fees on top of Fees. Also, I once Spun the Wheel for a Bonus Reward, it landed on the $2500 Prize, and they forced the App to Crash, No Win. Just another Scam is all. They're not Trustworthy even a little bit. Originally my Account was Certified through Plaid. It will even say it's been redone and active on Plaid. It Errors out and you can't cash out via Plaid. A Bank Transfer Fee turned into $12 from the Bank plus whatever Kraken Stole Which I Think was Another $4. $16 Dollars just to get your OWN Money back

The site fairly easy to use so far but I do have a couple of issues. I've only downloaded, purchased and sent a couple of referrals so far. I AM a little disappointed that I haven't received my referral payments, nor have the people I referred by sending them the link...Joan Kennedy and Deborah Chadwick. They haven't gotten their credit yet either. The referrals were sent weeks-a month ago. Also, I was getting some wins on the daily spin but over the past week I haven't won anything. Maybe you can tell me when we can expect a credit to show up for the referrals. Thanks.

Obwohl dieses Ergebnis ein negatives Urteil verhinderte, kann ich mir dennoch kein endgültiges Urteil über die Plattform erlauben. Poor customer service support; you charge excessively high commissions

You offered me $150 for referrals. You emailed me that I'm getting $75. So deceiving. I won't be referring anyone else.

All platforms shit the bed during any kind of volatility. They did a token launch recently and all platforms crashed. When I eventually got logged back in all the tokens were bought up and customer support basically said ‘tough luck’.

You keep screwing with my account. I was getting tired of this. I might end up closing this because of the stupid crap going on with you freezing my account.

The network is very slow at times. Often freezes.

I contacted Kraken through the official social media support channels, provided my ID for verification, and complied with everything requested. It has now been 2 days, and there has been no resolution, no update, and no action. Redirecting customers to another channel and then going silent again does not fix the problem — it just delays it further while the financial loss remains. This issue was time-sensitive from the start, and every delay has worked against me. At this point, this is no longer just frustration — it’s a pattern of unresponsiveness. I did exactly what Kraken asked, and I’m still being ignored. Ticket #: 1980467

Do not lock me out, then have to wait 24 hours to make a trade when password is reset. Has happen to me twice when the market was making rapid moves and cost me money because I couldn't buy ans sell

Che per un motivo non specificato che non possono dichiarare non mi arriverà il bonus. Ho già scritto un reclamo, ma finché non arriveranno i miei 150€ e i soldi alle persone che ho invitato la mia recensione rimarrà a una stella. Servizio clienti pessimo che ti rispondono dicendo che la scelta é definitiva. Ora spero che il supporto si muoverà per risolvere la situazione e sarò contento di mettere una recensione positiva.

Can’t buy any crypto for the past week and more

My account was connect through plaid since account opening. I added an POD, and now I can’t transfer money to/from it. Dumbest chit ever. They want a copy of my account statement, get out of here. I don’t trust anyone with a statement when a lot of people work from home. The workers can do a lot with it if they decide too.

Cant withdraw some of my funds

I recently registered with Kraken thinking it would be a good and reliable platform to trade crypto in Canada. I first tested the platform with a $50 CAD transfer, and everything worked perfectly. Because of that, I added $1,000 CAD and purchased Litecoin. As soon as I tried to withdraw the Litecoin to my Ledger wallet, I received an email saying my account needed a 24-hour review. After waiting more than 48 hours, Kraken completely locked my account and instructed me to withdraw all funds back to my bank instead. The problem is that when I attempted to withdraw, the money was never sent. My account remains locked, and my funds are stuck with no clear resolution. This has been a horrible experience, especially for a new customer. After this happened, I noticed many similar complaints from other users. I do not recommend Kraken based on my experience.
