Kraken Stole My Money After Doing Everything Asked
I contacted Kraken through the official social media support channels, provided my ID for verification, and complied with everything requested. It has now been 2 days, and there has been no resolution, no update, and no action. Redirecting customers to another channel and then going silent again does not fix the problem — it just delays it further while the financial loss remains. This issue was time-sensitive from the start, and every delay has worked against me. At this point, this is no longer just frustration — it’s a pattern of unresponsiveness.
