I invited 2 friends. They completed steps. Kraken sent me an official email saying '€50 BTC is on the way'. Then support cancelled the bonus saying 'Referral program is not guaranteed'. Do not trust their confirmation emails, they are fake.
Every dollar traded is supposed to be an entry for bitcoin. I’ve opted in and made two trades and it still shows zero entries.
Stay away from them — it’s a scam. Their fees are completely misleading. Even when they display supposedly “low” fees for trades or transfers, a quick recalculation shows the actual costs are two to three times higher. I confronted them about this, and they claimed it’s “all explained” in the terms and conditions. If that’s true, then why show inaccurate, deceptive fee estimates in the first place? It makes no sense. Scam, scam, scam — you’ve been warned. I had treated LUNA. Because if you sent me a email, indicating you would delist it at then end of March, 2026. So I sold it at loss. However, another email said:" you weren't delisted any more". It was inconveniences at all.

Bait and Switch tactics. I signed up for the "gift of bitcoin" promotional offer and carefully read the terms and conditions. I completed the required $200+ trade, and support says I am not eligible due to it being stablecoin. This was not outlined in T&C until they updated them AFTER I pointed this out. They will not honor the original terms. I have submitted a formal complaint. In Canada both parties are bound by the terms at the time of signup. I will update this review if they honor the terms.
Can’t cash out until you reach 160 dollars
I moved from android to iOS. I liked the android better. I like to quickly see the timeline trends of what I own. Move easily across the timeline with my finger to see where it was at previously. I also liked the monthly trading fees vs fees every time.

Als hieraan is voldaan ontvangen nieuwe klant en diegene die referral heeft gedaan beiden eur 160 bonus. De screenshot is met hun gedeeld waar dit heel duidelijk staat, maar kan hier niet geüpload worden. We hebben beiden eur 10 ontvangen ipv 160. Bij navraag klantenservice geven ze achteraf aan dat er voor 10.000 gehandeld dient te worden. Dat is nergens vooraf vermeld. Kort gezegd, geloof niets wat ze in de app vermelden. Want achteraf blijken er nog andere voorwaarden te worden gehanteerd. Erg misleidend.
I am not able to keep on purchasing at the same speed as with Coinbase. Your credit line seems to be on a weekly basis and at $10,000 just won't cut it for me. In Coinbase I get a credit of $10,000 that is attached to my bank account the same as with your account and I am able to trade a lot easier.
There's big distance between the displayed price and the actual buying/selling price. They also scammed people over the luna crypto.

The app is good, but quite slow (I thought it was my mobile, but it's the same on my ipad). I can't always clearly work out exactly how much I have invested, or perhaps I'm looking at it in the wrong way. I like the bundle ideas and graphics. The spin to win featureis great!!
