Money issues not being able to withdraw and this 72 hour hold is killing me

I have literally abandoned my account. Can't withdraw any money or crypto ( only£19 thankfully), can't resolve any validation issues because all responses are automated. ALWAYS withdraw your crypto to a cold wallet(s) for these reasons, or risk losing the lot to fraudsters like Kraken. These TWONKs send emails requesting people to reply, but the email is sent from a no reply email address. The level of incompetence is staggering and this is by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I would STAY WELL CLEAR!

Hi, it would be a great app if there were USDC tradable pairs for all the altcoins. It is super important!! Like it is on Binance, and as I don't trust Binance anymore I am really annoyed in Kraken that I have to pass by USD or EUR everytime I want to trade a coin! If you had USDC pairs for all or most of the altcoins I would say you are the best CEX it exists!

They charge a large flat fee to purchase AND mark up the cost per coin/crypto significantly. Doesn’t feel like a good business transaction, considering I’m taking all the risk.

Be very careful - at the slightest fraudulent activity on your account, from external sources and scammers, Kraken will throw you to the wolves, block you out, give you zero investigative support and force you to close your account without providing any answers in order to prevent themselves from liability or their responsibility to you as their customer. I really need a silver back coin to trade, similar to PAXG which is available to trade on your platform. Several such coin exist and are reputable, including: tSILVER (TXAG) by Aurus Kinesis Silver (KAG) If you provide PAXG trading, it is only logical to provide one of these as well.

Mobile app lacks plenty of functionality (or it is hidden) for real trading. Might be good for investment type crypto purchasing.

Don't use. Fee on top of fee, with another fee on top of that. Fee to deposit. Fee to withdraw from any coins and then another bank Fee to withdraw. Other platforms like T212 have no fees

The price spread between buy/ sell and what pay/ receive is very expensive.

Fees are on the low side. Deposits are straightforward. Limits on deposit size are... limiting. Withdrawals are often blocked in "pending" state for several days. There's no human support, only automated chatbots that provide generic replies at best.

They have recently changed with there customer service and also the buys and sells they are not going through like I put them anymore. And customer service doesn't do anything to help it's more like a total bs auto text until you aren't on the customer service screen then text.. "oh I guess your not there have a good day". And that happens Everytime now it seems. And when you do speak to someone they either promise to fix it then you send everything they ask for including screen shots and yet not a single sell has been fixed I've reported. I know I've lost out on hundreds of dollars in sales because of how Kraken operates now. I've gone from the biggest Kraken supporter to where I'm ready to get rid of it and use another Crypto app instead and to stop promoting it to people. I'm disbelief with the amount of money I was prevented from making because Kraken changed how the buys and sells go through some how. And even though I've been promised to have sells fixed many times. Not a single one has ever been fixed.. I am basically at the end of my rope with Kraken now. I've asked them to have someone to reach out to me through phone or email but they won't so they are about to lose me and a dozen others.
