Avoid this company at all costs. They will begin work you never requested and charge you for everything, including emails and phone calls.
Do not sign anything. I was told I'd receive a quote after signing their terms. I signed because I was effectively told it was an NDA, and when I disputed that it was not, they said their terms of agreement include the NDA. I'm not paranoid, and I hadn't ordered any work, I ordered a quote, so it didn't even cross my mind that they would presume to charge me before sending a quote.
Instead, the lawyer appointed himself my employee without my approval, and sent a £3,000+ bill within a week- for work I didn't request!
Their disputes team admitted there was a miscommunication but insisted the signed document made it irrelevant. Their logic boils down to: "We're charging you because we can, not because you authorised any work."
