Knights were excellent from start to finish with regard to the sale of our mother's bungalow. There were a number of complications. Our mother died just weeks after we had found a buyer. This left us shocked and grieving, and meant that probate had to be granted before the sale could be finalised. But Knight's dealt with everything calmly, kindly and patiently. Their correspondence was always timely and written without legal jargon, which made things much easier for us. And, very importantly, they stayed true to their original quote for the work. Senior Associate Linda Gregory is nothing short of excellent. Members of the family have used her for their previous sale and purchase transactions - she has become our go-to property lawyer! Her attention to detail is very impressive, but also so is her lovely personality and down-to-earth attitude. She has a strong and capable team at Knight's, not least Jaspreet Billing, trainee legal executive. Thank you, from us all.
