Only positives about KMR.

I have purchased a fair amount of gear from KMR over many years. The staff seem to be passionate about recording gear and seem willing to pass their expertise on to you, not merely to make a sale but so you get what you want and need. It seems as if they take a long term view and once you build a sense of trust with them there seems to be nothing they won't do to help you. Recently they took back an item I had just bought because I thought it was broken, but it was me who had missed a tiny switch, and it was working perfectly. Three days later having arranged pick up, and getting their technical staff to check it, it is back with me. I could not believe the graciousness with which I was told it was a thing easily done, and this said only to assuage my embarrassment. Will I use them again, Most definitely!

Keeping the studio running in times of need

We had a Barefoot MM27 speaker fail on us down at the studio last week. Within 2 hours KMR Had sent us a loan set via courier to keep the studio up and running and within a few days our faulty speaker was repaired and returned to us. We continue to use KMR as the go to company for all our audio equipment purchases and have always been treated great and with fair pricing. Many thanks for getting us out of this squeeze. Excellent service.

Ordered 2 items, one was in stock and the other was a pre-order item, which I have never done before and also with a company I have not had previous dealings with. Long story short, the in stock item arrived within short order in excellent condition. Anyway, the order was placed in the latter part of May and told it would be June before the pre-order item would be available. This was confirmed by the person I placed the order with as he rang the supplier for a date of availability. I then received an email some time later telling me that it would now be July before any stock would be in, fair enough I thought, it was nice to be informed. Then it suddenly arrived on the 26th of June, fantastic, job done, one happy customer. They were also helpful with another enquiry I made of them. All in all an excellent experience, I highly recommend the company.

KMR did not have my item in stock… but! Great Customer service

KMR did not have my item in stock (after I ordered the item) however they responded quickly to tell me of this and offered different items as well as a refund - great customer service (even though I didn't technically buy anything!). I will happily return in the future to buy other products.

Outstanding Customer Service - long time customer.

80% of so of my equipment has been purchased via. KMR over a number of years and for good reason. Consistently brilliant customer service, great prices and product availability. Nothing is too much trouble, great try-before-you-buy on some products and generally a great bunch to talk gear with!

Good bunch of guys with pro knowledge

Good bunch of guys with professional knowledge and time to see you right. No hard sale but good prices and trustworthy advice. They also do trials on more expensive gear which is great. My choice for audio gear.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I purchased an M4000D Mini digital Mellotron from KMR towards the end of 2020. Due to various circumstances (which were completely outwith KMR’s control) the unit was slightly delayed into early Feb 2021. However, Tom was great with updates, explained the challenges they were facing and was most pleasant to deal with. It was more than worth the minor delay. Delighted with the purchase. All things considered, a great service from KMR Audio.

I’m in California US and buying from this guys was like buying local. They made my purchase very smooth and handed everything like professionals.
