False Product Claims
I purchased a bundle from this company back in July 2024. The order contained two rings, which tarnished within a couple of weeks. I reached out to the company expressing my concerns, since the website makes claims that the products are “Waterproof, Sweatproof & Tarnish-free”. Their customer service was prompt and friendly and sent out another set of rings for me. Unfortunately, the same thing happened and the rings tarnished and lost their gold color once again, this time almost faster than the first set of rings. Wish I could be writing a better review but I do not feel comfortable promoting a company who is outright lying to their customers. Please reconsider, save your money and look into purchasing real quality pieces somewhere else!
