Completely useless - still waiting for a refund
This was a completely useless service for me, and I am still pursuing a refund with no success so far. I ordered a Day 2 test for returning from travel (arrival date 22.02.22). The test arrived at my home address as expected, and after posting it back I received notification that my test had been received by UK Health Kits Ltd on 23.02.22; however, things went downhill from there. By 27.02.22, I had still not received the results, even though my understanding had been that the results should be available within 24 hours of UK Health Kits Ltd's receipt of the test. I contacted the company at both the "result@" and "notify@" e-mail addresses on that date to explain that, while the Day 2 tests were no longer essential because of the relaxed government restrictions, I had made the decision not to cancel my test with them so that I could have extra peace of mind upon returning from traveling. As it was, I had had to rely on the results of home rapid flow tests instead to resume my work, etc. I requested a full refund for the Day 2 test. On 28.02.22, I received a response requesting further information (UID number), which I provided immediately. On 02.03.22, I finally received an e-mail with my test results, but no mention of the delay, the reasons for it, or a refund. I replied on the same day to again request a refund of the £46.99 I had paid for a test that had been of absolutely no use to me. Hearing nothing further from UK Health Kits Ltd, I e-mailed "result@" again on 18.03.22 reiterating my request for a refund. On 07.04.22, I called the phone number for the company provided here on Trust Pilot. It is out of service. Therefore, I am leaving this poor review in the hope that a) others will see it and avoid this company, and b) UK Health Kits Ltd will respond and finally provide the apology and refund to which I am entitled. - Ming Nagel
