Test never arrived and no refund.

Test was delayed and never arrived. Asked for a refund but there is no communication at all. No response to emails at all - zero reaction. I am still sending them one email per day but they probably blocked me or something. Avoid this scam company. I have wasted my hard earn money for nothing. They are on the official government website and scamming people. Media should start publishing that kind of cases. If anyone from this dodgy company reads it here is my order number: Receipt #1034-3703 in case you decide to refund me but I doubt it. Edit to first reply: I have received email today with refund notification. I will raise this review one star up if funds actually land on my bank account. Edit: I have finally received a refund today. I will never use this company again.
