Very poor service - eventually received refund

Sent my test and their web portal acknowledged receipt the next day, it's now been 5 days with no email or update on portal, managed to speak to someone who could said they could my details but not sure why I hadn't received my results, then went on to say that they would contact the necessary department to get back to me..... still waiting, do not use... update 17/1/22 - as per request I've sent the email, now awaiting refund Update 18/1/22 - received reply email acknowledging my issue and I would receive a full refund within 5 days Update - Full refund
