I picked this company to order my day 2 test from as they seemed the best out of all of the other providers available. Unfortunately due to getting covid before I was due to fly I had to re-arrange my holiday, I sent 3 emails to them (only 24 hrs after I placed my order) to see if I could cancel and even change the dates for my day 2 pcr but no response at all. I even tried calling several times but again no answer. My kit arrived today but it's pretty much useless as I'm not going on holiday for another 4 weeks and PCR tests are no longer needed
