There are no instructions on how to adjust the size of the glasses safely. It would be wise for the company to provide instructions on how to shape the glasses with heat to your head. Instead mine were far too large and I had to spend a ton of time trying to figure out how to get them to fit me.

I am really impressed with their customer service and return policy!! I ordered my first pair and they were great except I found the colour too dark for my face, and decided to try a different pair. The representative I reached on the phone was so kind and understanding and even was able to set up my replacement order that I had in my cart with no issues! I am so happy with my new glasses, and will definitely be ordering more!!

Replaced my broken glasses that were falling apart. Normal everyday wear and the rubber nose insert fell off. They were 4 months old. Didn't hesitate to ship me out a replacement.

I cannot express how happy I am that I found this company. Saw it on tik tok and decided to try it out. My one and only pair of glasses I've had for 4yrs. Yeah, I had to upgrade. I bought a pair that where too big and heavy. I contacted the company and they said they would give me 2 new sets. I mean what!?! How freaking awesome! They even let me keep the original ones. I will be ordering more. I've had soo many compliments. I had to refer.
