I had an issue with my first pair of glasses and the team was very responsive and quick to rectify it by sending me a new pair. The delivery was very fast. I love my glasses and I am getting tons of compliments, highly recommend.

INCREDIBLE customer service. Exchanging was so simple I was SHOCKED at how easy it was and how nice the customer server reps were. I called to exchange a pair on Monday afternoon and the new pair was at my door Wednesday morning. The glasses themselves all are awesome even with just the standards lenses. My glasses are crisp and clear, seamless transition through the progressive lenses and they were less than a week from order to received!

Love both pairs I got. On larger frames I next time I would opt for the thinner lenses. Super fast delivery. I will be ordering more

Glasses came as described in a reasonable amount of time. Frames seem kinda cheap but still a great value.

I needed customer service support because I entered my prescription incorrectly. I was able to speak with Tony who promptly figured out my error when entering my prescription. He reordered my glasses right away and expedited shipping. He did not ask me to return the other frames. Instead, I will donate them.

Great customer service and good products!

Customer Service responded kindly and quickly resolved my issue. Just needed to send photos of the problem pair. Was very pleased with Kits' response and handling of my situation. My family of 4 each ordered 2 pairs and there has only been this one pair (of the 8 ordered) with an issue. All prescriptions were accurate and fit according to descriptions.

I had to get an order replaced a few times with a different issue each time varying from the frame itself to the lens. On the latest replacement request the KITS team pulled out all the stops to verify my order and previously voiced concerns, and guaranteed me that the facility manager would personally oversee the production process for this replacement pair. Simply awesome attention, care, and understanding. The pair arrived and was immediately wearable with no issues. Just in case, I gave them a whole month of wear before writing this review. The KITs team is superb and production issues are completely understandable. I urge anyone who isn't immediately satisfied with their order to be kind and approach the issue in good manner because CSR will absolutely get it right for you.

I call with an issue with my glasses that were 30 days since I ordered them. They have some scratches in the lens and they were great about it and are sending me a new pair.
