We bought there package in 2021 as the condition of 2+2 years because we want to migrate another country. Now they told that we sell these package on 2 years validity. We didn’t get any service in these years. And it’s waste of AED 9345. Whenever we mail for reservation, they don’t have any occupancy in any hotels. Kindly request to people beware of these fraud company.

Please never entertain this people from any mall or even in a park they are giving free raffle draw to scam you..They will call you and tell you won in their raffle draw they will ask you to come and collect the price. After you reach in the venue they will just offer you a holiday package..if they feel you don't want the package they will offer you a different package which will attract you to take it. But after paying them the next day you can't even contact them. They are like a bubbles who pop out after taking your money and their customer service was terrible and big liar.You can't talk to any manager they are hiding. They will not entertain your complaint or even for booking your package they will not process they will tell you to book 3 months before, but when you booking 3 months before they will ask you 1 month before but when you booking 1 month before they will tell you 2 months before till you missed your vacation..thats what happened to us and not only that they also change our package destination which is we don't want to take since from beginning.. How evil they are.. may Allah punish them and take from them more than what they have taken from the people they have cheated..if there is zero star or angry star I will rate it for Kingsway

We were told by the executives regarding the amenities and facilities that will be provided by them before buying the package for Umrah. turns out it was a lie. When we called them regarding the problems we were facing, the excetutives then started talking rudely with us. Before buying the package they treat u as if u are their family, but once they get their money. The reality then comes in to the picture. They said that we will be getting 4-5 star hotel including breakfast and dinner. In reality we got a different hotel that too far from the haram (the amount we paid was not justified with respect to the hotel which we got). WOULD ADVICE EVERYONE NOT TO BUY THEIR PACKAGE,

Kingsway travel and tourism is very cheater company ,they collapse my 10K DHS recently, who is working on that travel they even don’t know how to deal with customers , and each second they are lying after get money ,especially there is one lady staying in office business bay citadel tower she is the must lying for every things and she is very rude , release her name very soon , please anyone avoid even to trust them anymore save your money it’s not easy to earn ,I would like to raised complaint together agains this company this Kingsway tourism is scammer !!

Dear All, I would like to tell you, whoever get scammed by this Kingsway fake tourist company in Dubai as well as in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah or Ras al Khaimah, please take all your proof and raise complain to the police station, This company is doing this with everyone whoever get trapped by this company. Lets shows them its not easy to cheat people in UAE. They think they will cheat and get escape, collect all your proof and raise complain against this company to the police station. Complain Dubai Tourism Dispute Office. before your package expire.

Cheaters, heartless, human scammers in Dubai. Do not deal with this company. So happy that you finally got tired giving 5 stars google ratings for a fraud company like you.

They are there to loot you , take money from you by making you trust them about their services and commitments.Once package is bought then they will keep you on your toes all the time . All their fake promises will come into the action . After giving them 1 month advance information about your booking through emails they will then inform you we are highly booked and thanks for your understanding. This way they will keep pushing your requests till expiry date of package approaches . Have to mention few names like Imran , Suma ,Nadeem etc they are the toppers in the list of scamming people . This company must be taken with strict action so that they can stop scaling peope.

FRAUD COMPANY!!!!!! They sold us vouchers promising great deals and discount on visa, tickets and travel packages. When the time came to avail the offers, firstly it is difficult to contact them, secondly they straight up lied to us that they had never given such offers and started giving other offers which were pricier than the other companies. As soon as I got to know that this voucher is of no use for us I tried to return it and of course our request was rejected. Even after the membership offer that we have we get better offers from outside, hence our voucher money is also lost :)Extremely disappointed by the service and all their lies. COMPLETELY SCAMMED BY THEM

FRAUD company FAKE promises. I took 7000 AED for Georgia trip. There is no proper response. Promises are entirely different then what has given. Cheap flights with out any checkin ,seats need to pay additional costs for those No return airport pickups No site seeing trips Cheap hotel stay. Worst experience ever in my life. Hard earned money looting the people.. Please dont take any package from Kingsway tourism

I took taken 10400 package and they told me we could change easy installment from the bank and the processing fee they would pay back and it was 400 dhs. This was on May 2023, till today 29/12/2023. They didn't pay back saying the accountant is leaving. I went for the Dhow cruise which was a free voucher and for an extra 5. people I paid, but the price was higher than when we went direct to the provider and the service was very bad on the Dhow cruise even no air conditioner in June summer Now I wonder if will they send me for the tour or if customer care will not pick up the phone as usual.

Such a bad company I have ever come across. Please don't buy any package from them. They are scam
