Terrible Experience – Stay Away from Kingsway Tourism and Travel!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kingsway Tourism and Travel. They are very persuasive when it comes to selling their packages, but once they get your money, they do not deliver on their promises. I paid 11,000 AED, expecting them to book my ticket as agreed, but they completely failed to fulfill their obligation. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was met with nothing but excuses. It became clear that they were only interested in taking my money rather than providing the services they promised. This company is dishonest and unreliable, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Do not fall for their convincing sales talk—you will regret it!
