Can't believe them. Customer Care will not pick the phone

I took taken 10400 package and they told me we could change easy installment from the bank and the processing fee they would pay back and it was 400 dhs. This was on May 2023, till today 29/12/2023. They didn't pay back saying the accountant is leaving. I went for the Dhow cruise which was a free voucher and for an extra 5. people I paid, but the price was higher than when we went direct to the provider and the service was very bad on the Dhow cruise even no air conditioner in June summer Now I wonder if will they send me for the tour or if customer care will not pick up the phone as usual.
