Jo Foster was `on the case` from the get go. I didn`t have to chase her up about anything. She kept me regularly informed as to developments re Mum`s house sale and showed care, efficiency and professionalism throughout the transaction. This transaction was quite problematic and Kinetic was the fourth estate agency we had used. It kicked all of the other agents (apart from one) into the long grass as there was no comparison between them and Kinetic.
