Keyzar Jewelry Reviews

Eternally grateful for the Keyzar team! I received the custom engagement ring just in time, despite the initial expected delivery date being almost two weeks later. They expedited my order and overnight shipped it by the date I had requested, just in time for me to pop the question at the event I wanted to propose at!! Thank you x1000000 to the whole Keyzar team!

WOW!! I cant even describe how amazed I am by their jewelry . I bought a ring for my daughters 18th birthday and it was so beautiful. We were all really satisfied 🥰

So happy!! It is so beautiful! And was made and delivered within the time frame they gave! Beyond met our expectations!

I had an awesome experience with Keyzar jewelry. I bought an engagement ring from them while living in Sydney even though they’re based in New York and everything went really smoothly. After I proposed, we realized the ring needed to be resized. I was a bit nervous about sending it all the way back to the US, but the team made it super easy. They were really helpful, gave clear instructions, and kept us updated the whole way through. The ring came back fitting perfectly, and it didn’t take long at all. The ring itself is perfect. The quality and detail are incredible, and the diamond is seriously stunning. It has such a timeless look, and my partner is over the moon with it. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with both the ring and the service. Would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic customer service, fast/accurate delivery timeline, and the quality/shine/price for a lab diamond ring is absolutely stunning!

I purchased a ring from this company nearly two years ago and it was stunning. The experience was great! This company is very budget friendly. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I was ready for a bit of an upgrade and they were more than happy to accommodate my requests. I shipped them the old ring and received the new one all within 3 weeks. I did want the new ring to be gold and was expecting that. But it came in white gold. This turned out to be a happy accident. I absolutely love it anyways. They were willing to take the ring back and change the metal color for me, but I just don’t see it making too much of a difference to me. I love it and plan to keep it this way. Plus, now I have an excuse to purchase from them again!

The ring itself is beautiful! However I felt the website was inconsistent with keeping my order once saved so I had to build the ring multiple times. As well the shipping got lost which is not there fault but created an issue. I have the ring now and it’s beautiful so I really can’t complain.

Fantastic experience! Very apprehensive to make this purchase online, I spent many, many days researching and learning before buying. I called each week to check on my order, and spoke to an awesome, actual-human-person each time! Ring arrived in just under 3 weeks - packaging & presentation were Perfect! This ring is Gorgeous. My fiancée could not be more thrilled! Y'all are great!

Beautiful products, this was the second purchase that I have made with Keyzar and their products and their customer service is unmatched!

Responsive, fast, crushed it.

Love the 3 carat diamond eternity ring, came about 2 week quicker then I anticipated which was great.

Excellent Service and support... 👏

The selection and ordering process was easy to do and the ring arrived quickly. The beauty of the ring is amazing and I highly recommend this product.

The order process and checkout were extremely easy. The only downside is that there is not much communication during the creation process. You are just told 2-4 weeks and then hear nothing until the item actually ships. It is just a little too much time left wondering when you are waiting for such an important purchase.

The ring was able to be customized in every aspect very easily and in a professional manner. The only thing I’d say is not knowing in what stage of the process your ring is in but they do allow you to call and ask for updates. Overall it’s a very well put system and I would recommend to anyone I know.

Ring came in and is great. Took about 4 weeks but that’s what’s expected when it was fully custom. Very durable, which is good because we ordered from Vrai originally and the ring broke after two days.

The whole customization process from start to finish was very easy to navigate and made for a fun, exciting experience to build my own custom ring!

Ring came on time and was packaged well.

The ring was beautiful. Had an issue with the stone but their excellent customer service rectified the issue quickly. Would highly recommend!

The ease in creating and making the ring was exceptional, you guys also provided a lot of easy to understand information on diamonds and I was able to affordably get a perfect and beautiful ring that will last forever for the women I’ll spend my life with.
