I had an awesome experience with Keyzar jewelry. I bought an engagement ring from them while living in Sydney even though they’re based in New York and everything went really smoothly. After I proposed, we realized the ring needed to be resized. I was a bit nervous about sending it all the way back to the US, but the team made it super easy. They were really helpful, gave clear instructions, and kept us updated the whole way through. The ring came back fitting perfectly, and it didn’t take long at all. The ring itself is perfect. The quality and detail are incredible, and the diamond is seriously stunning. It has such a timeless look, and my partner is over the moon with it. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with both the ring and the service. Would definitely recommend them.
