Keyzar Jewelry Reviews

Keyzar was an absolute delight to purchase my wife’s ring from! First of all, we were very happy with the selection and choices available on the website. Secondly, the customer service was AMAZING! I had to get a change done to the ring design after placing the order - and they helped me promptly! After getting the ring, we realized that the design we chose initially wasn’t suiting my wife’s hand, so we asked for a return and replacement. All through this, Keyzar was so responsive and helped make this process so easy - and fun! There were no hidden costs as well. Would 100% recommend this company, and I’d also consider purchasing more jewelry from here. Nothing but good things to say.

Was skeptical but I asked chat gpt and it recommended them , and I was able to find something my girl loved and I even found a promo code that saved me 400$ ?? ( I forgot the exact amount but it was a substantial amount)

Very easy to navigate website.my ring is perfectly beautiful

Five Stars! Absolutely Recommend Keyzar Jewelers After months of shopping around for an engagement ring with local jewellers in Canada, I can confidently say that Keyzar in NYC is an absolute standout. What impressed me most was the exceptional quality and timeless style of their pieces — exactly what I had been searching for. Their website is incredibly intuitive, making the entire process simple and stress-free. Plus, their no-haggle pricing gave me complete confidence — especially knowing they often offer 20%-30% off their listed prices with their promotions. In contrast, my local shopping experience was painful and time consuming: prices were outrageous, and only after I pushed with a competing quote did one reluctantly come close and they'd have to recreate what Keyzar already has done. If you don’t want to get ripped off by your local jeweller, go with Keyzar. You’ll be so glad you did — just like I am! Shipping was free and flawless as well. Keyzar is now my go to, I don't even bother shopping anywhere else. It's really ideal.

Easy to shop. Fast shipping. Rings are beautiful and exactly as I expected. Nice quality and the sparkle is amazing. Would definitely purchase again.

Absolutely stunning pieces! The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the staff is super friendly. I was impressed by the variety and quality. Definitely a place to visit for unique jewelry!

I’m so happy I went with Keyzar. I had an amazing experience all around. The shipping was so fast, just over two weeks. My ring is everything I wanted it to be and more. The diamond is stunning and the prongs are perfect.

The ring is more beautiful than expected!

Excellent online service and product! They stayed in communication throughout the order process and it arrived much faster than anticipated. Fiancee loved the textured twig ring and how it turned out! Excellent gem quality with GIA certs.

I gifted myself a Moissanite ring from Lumiere Brilliance and wow—it’s sparkling like mad! Looks and feels super luxurious for a price that made me grin

When you think about it each and every one of us feels a bit anxious when we get ready to "Pop" the big question. There's so many details that we have to consider. Style, shape, and size can make a big difference. But one thing I can tell you is that even if you need to resize or forget to add that one extra small detail like engraving your ring, Keyzar will do everything they can to help you with your needs. Keyzar Jewelry service is excellent, they absolutley made my experience worry free and with their friendly customer care associate Jared, I always felt like I mattered. I highly recommend Keyzar Jewelry to family and friends because I know with Keyzar you're treated like family.

Thank you, Keyzar, for an amazing ring—my fiancée loves it! It’s absolutely beautiful. Also, huge thanks to your friendly customer support team for the quick and easy resizing process. Great service all around!

Great quality ring, timely service, easy communication and packaged well in the mail.

Excellent and seamless experience! Received my ring in just under 3 weeks! The ring was absolutely gorgeous in person with reasonable prices!

Beautifully packaged. Arrived promptly. Amazing ring! I love it so much!

I will be telling everyone about keyzar! We really loved being able to pick out the exact diamond we wanted. After we placed our order, we decided to change the setting and diamond. Customer service helped us asap and made the change effortless. They assured us throughout the whole process. We were nervous about any possible tariff charges (we live in Canada) but again, customer service assured us that there would be no additional cost on delivery. They were right :) I honestly would never pick my engagement ring any other way. Keyzar makes getting your dream ring such a realistic possibility & they truly have a really wonderful customer service team. 10/10 recommend keyzar to everyone!

I absolutely love my new wedding and engagement ring. It's everything I hoped it would be. Beautiful, sparkling and they delivered a whole two weeks earlier than expected! Awesome service! Thank you Keyzar!

The ring was perfect and exactly the way it was designed!

I’ve been so hesitant to propose simply because I thought that I couldn’t get a ring worthy enough due to financial strains! Not only did I receive a stunning ring, with great clarity and carat size but we are finally starting our lives together!! Thank you so much!!

I had an amazing experience with Keyzar. I showed my fiancé the ring/style that I wanted, and he ordered it from their site. After he proposed, we realized I needed to size down. When we sent it back to get resized, I “sneakily” reached out to them and upgraded my center diamond at the same time without any issues. They sent the official diamond certificate with the ring (both times), and their customer service was AMAZING. After such a great experience, we decided to also order both of our wedding bands from Keyzar. I receive compliments all the time. We couldn't be happier with them!
